La experiencia fue increíble. Es una experiencia bastante variada: tomas, pruebas, aprendes, caminas. La recomiendo ampliamente tanto para locales como turistas.

If you do only one experience in Mexico City, it should be this. Gerardo and Rodrigo are like two movie star heroes, full of great stories and cool information. The places they take you are fantastic, and the depth of explanation they offer is akin to a wine tasting conducted by an expert! You start at a chocolate restaurant, and they carefully explain what each sample is and how to properly enjoy it through smell, touch, vision, and taste. They also treat you to several different kinds of chocolate drinks, each different from the others and all delicious. Then it’s on to the Museum of Chocolate, which includes some really cool hands-on exhibits, and the guys tell you about the personal connections they have with some of the people featured in the museum! That personal touch makes the museum visit even better. Finally, the drink bar at the end is just as good as the restaurant at the beginning. We chose some drinks and the guys added another that they wanted us to try. All were delicious. We learned a great deal about the history of chocolate from the Maya through the Aztecs to the present day. All of us, children and adults, got a lot out of this experience. But the best part was Gerardo and Rodrigo, two really great men whose enthusiasm for history and sustainability is contagious. If you can choose only one thing to do in Mexico City, this should be it. I gave it 5 stars, but it deserves 10!
